Celebrating Alyssa Tidwell’s Promotion to Senior Development Manager

We are excited to share that Alyssa Tidwell has been promoted to Senior Development Manager, a role that reflects both her outstanding leadership and her long-standing connection to our community. Alyssa’s journey with Ryan House began in 2015 as a Marketing and Events Intern. She later served as our Community Relations and Volunteer Coordinator, gained valuable experience in customer experience, human resources, and event management at organizations including Walt Disney World, Amazon, and AccessElite, and returned to Ryan House in 2022. Over the past two and a half years, she has led our signature fundraising events and supported our family-focused in-house programs that make moments like these possible for the children and families we serve. In her new role, she will deepen donor engagement and stewardship, lead sponsorship efforts for our annual events, and support our strategic fundraising strategy. Executive Director Tracy Leonard-Warner shared, “Alyssa brings tremendous passion and commitment to everything she does. Her vision, leadership, and dedication make her the perfect fit for this role and a key part of our future.”
