You Can Do It – Too!

A team of four athletes from Gilbert, AZ-based Suffer City’s small-team training facility recently used crowdfunding to get pledges for how many miles they could bike or run in 24 hours with proceeds to benefit Ryan House.

In all, they racked up a total of 552.32 miles going nonstop including team member, Paul Richardson, who ran for 24 hours straight – not stopping once! Amazing!

“A friend of mine was a nurse at Ryan House,” explained one of Suffer City’s teammates, Becky Hartman. “I volunteered at a few events, one of them being a prom about two years ago, and just seeing the smiles on these kids’ faces during that prom was one of the most incredible experiences. And while I don’t have any personal connection to the children there, that experience was enough to show me how special Ryan House is for these families.”

As you can see, Suffer City is more than just a challenging training session, they promote camaraderie through the innovation of their specialized small-team training program, which integrates inter-team competition.
