Teen Board’s Open Doors, Open Heart Festival Surpasses Goal!
by Susan Kricun
We are so proud and appreciative of the Ryan House Teen Board for exceeding their fundraising goal by raising $4,500 for their third annual Open Doors, Open Hearts Festival which took place online on Sunday, April 11, in celebration of Ryan House’s 11th year.
Those who tuned in enjoyed a fun-filled, entertaining virtual event featuring several live music performances by up-and-coming local musicians including School of Rock’s wildly popular band, Too Loud, and the magically melodic local headlining duo with over 1 million followers, 76TH STREET, all in support of Ryan House!
No worries if you missed it. You can still watch it here!
The Ryan House Teen Board is an organized forum for high school leaders looking to make a difference. Their mission is to educate others and raise awareness about Ryan House in our community and complete at least one service project per year for Ryan House.
The Teen Board is actively recruiting new members due to several members that are high school graduates this year. Visit this link if you or someone you know is interested in applying or finding out more about the Ryan House Teen Board.
