Nancy Martin - Executive Director

Nancy MartinWe are fortunate to have the key position of Executive Director filled by an extraordinarily talented and passionate leader. Nancy joins us from the Kentucky Institute for International Studies -- where she managed 35 professional development programs -- but she is no stranger to the Valley of the Sun. Nancy previously served as Executive Director of the Ronald McDonald House of Phoenix for four years, and as Executive Director of the Rosson House-Heritage Square Foundation for five years. She also served on the Executive Committee of Junior League of Phoenix and is a graduate of Valley Leadership Class XI. We are honored to have Nancy working with us.

Nancy currently oversees all day-to-day operations. A Volunteer Coordinator will assure that Ryan House children and their siblings enjoy memorable days with their families during visits. Our team will give generously of themselves, sharing the joys and the pain, giving parents and families time to refresh, relax and enjoy each other.

When operational, Ryan House will employ highly skilled, professional caregivers. A medical doctor will lead the team of nurses and therapists. Each child will have a specialized program of care designed by his/her personal physician and parents.
